Terms and Conditions

• All campers and their visitors MUST register at the site office before going onto site
• Arrival time 2.00 pm onwards until 8.00 p m. Departure 11.00 am.
• No noise after 10.30 pm
• Main gate locked at night foot gate always open
• Tents and motor homes must display a current and up to date tent ticket
• Post or Telephone messages are not relayed onto site.
• Adults are responsible for children in their care. No unaccompanied children in the facility block it is not part of the plat area. No unaccompanied children to be left on site. Ball games on the ball area only not around the tents or Holiday homes (Don't let your children cost you your pitch. No unaccompanied under 18 year olds)
• No persons allowed near the farm building, livestock or machinery
• The management has discretion regarding the acceptance of dogs on the site and on the condition that the dog owner accepts full responsibility, keeps the dog on a lead at all times when on site. All fouling must be cleaned up by the dog owners, dogs are by arrangement only. DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENED.
• NO open fires or disposable BBQ's. No burning or scorching the grass and strictly no coals are allowed in the camp site bins.
• Due to the environmental issue the waste refuse collected from this site is domestic waste only, therefore no broken chairs, tents or the like to be placed in the site bins, take these home. Please recycle cardboard, paper, tins and glass, anyone found putting waste in the recycle bins will forfeit their pitch.
• No anti social or drunken behaviour CONCIDERATE CAMPERS ONLY
• No group or multi bookings. Single sex booking of more than two adults will be considered on merit. (None declared groups that have booked pitches individually under different names will forfeit their pitch without any refund of any fees paid).
• No stag or hen parties
• No refunds of camp site fees due to bad weather. No refunded of deposits for cancelations whatever the reason. Hook up pitches to be paid in full seven days prior to arrival as this payment is not refundable once made, we recommend that you take out the adequate holiday insurance to cover any lost you may incur should you need to cancel.
• Bookings made and accepted in the name of the person making the booking are not transferable.
• All customers are to act with consideration for others, and to observe these park rules and to keep the site quiet, treat the facility block with respect and leave it and the site clean and tidy. Pick your litter up.
• Please Note: Any person who in the view of the proprietors, causing undue disturbance or who fails to adhere to the above terms, conditions and site rules, will forfeit their pitch without a refund.
